I’ve said this before but I’m seeing it again so I’m repeating myself: Hetalia can teach you little tidbits about history, like trivia and that sort of thing. However, it cannot replace your history class or independent study of history. It does not have the historical accuracy or comprehensive exploration of historical topics that covers everything you need to know. If you use it to apply to history so you can picture history in a way that’s easier to understand, that’s awesome. But it is not sufficient to teach you about history, and it can no way take place of actual study.
